Q1. How long is the tour and what is the pick-up time?

A. The Seoul tour takes approximately 9 hours, while the Nami Island tour is around 10 hours. Pickup time is flexible between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Q2. How is the vehicle assigned?

A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers. If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

Q3. How is the booking confirmed and how will you contact us?

A. Bookings are instantly confirmed. Please provide a reachable phone number or email address so we can contact you. We usually contact guests via WhatsApp, but Viber or LINE are also available(please make sure ID search and contact permissions are enabled).

Q4. Is hotel accommodation included?

Accommodation is not included. However, you can select it as an option if needed.
