Q1. How is the vehicle assigned?

A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers. If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

Q2. How is the booking confirmed and how will you contact us?

A. Bookings are instantly confirmed. Please provide a reachable phone number or email address so we can contact you. We usually contact guests via WhatsApp, but Viber or LINE are also available(please make sure ID search and contact permissions are enabled).

Q3. What hotel accommodation included?

We include 4-star hotels by default. If you prefer 5-star accommodation, please contact us for an upgraded option and pricing.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure (full refund).

Cancellations made between 14–30 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour.
