A. The standard service duration is 8 hours.Overtime is charged at KRW 30,000 per additional hour.Pick-up time can be arranged between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, based on your preference.

Q2. How is the vehicle assigned?

A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers.If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

Q3. How is the booking confirmed and how will you contact us?

A. Bookings are instantly confirmed. Please provide a reachable phone number or email address so we can contact you.We usually contact guests via WhatsApp, but Viber or LINE are also available(please make sure ID search and contact permissions are enabled).

Overtime is charged at 30,000 KRW per hour, payable directly to the driver.
