A. Service areas are divided into two options:

Q2. How long is the tour and what is the pick-up time?

A. The standard service duration is 9 hours.Overtime is charged at KRW 30,000 per additional hour.Pick-up time can be arranged between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, based on your preference.

Q3. How should we plan the route for a relaxed trip?

A. For a comfortable and relaxed experience, we recommend planning one main area per day, such as East Jeju or West Jeju.If you wish to visit two or more distant areas in one day, an extra charge of KRW 60,000 may apply.

Q4. Does the vehicle go to Udo Island?

A. No. Vehicles do not enter Udo Island.Transportation to Udo is not included.

Q5. How is the vehicle assigned?

A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers.If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

Q6. How is the booking confirmed and how will you contact us?

A. Bookings are instantly confirmed.Please provide a reachable phone number or email address so we can contact you.We usually contact guests via WhatsApp, but Viber or LINE are also available(please make sure ID search and contact permissions are enabled).

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
