Q1. How long is the tour and what is the pick-up time?

A. The Seoul & Lotte world tour takes approximately 9 hours, while the Nami Island tour is around 10 hours.Pickup time is flexible between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

On Day 4, the pickup time may be adjusted depending on the availability of cruise tickets on the selected date.

Q2. How is the vehicle assigned?

A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers. If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

Q3. How is the booking confirmed and how will you contact us?

A. Bookings are instantly confirmed. Please provide a reachable phone number or email address so we can contact you. We usually contact guests via WhatsApp, but Viber or LINE are also available(please make sure ID search and contact permissions are enabled).

Q4. Would it be possible to change the order of the itinerary?

Yes, it is possible. Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays. Please note that Han River Cruise tickets sell out quickly, so your preferred date may not be available depending on ticket availability.

Q5. Is hotel accommodation included?

Accommodation is not included. However, you can select it as an option if needed.
