Q1. How long is the tour and what is the pick-up time?

A. The standard service duration is 9.5 hours. The pickup time can be freely selected by you between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.(Since the tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, the pickup time may need to be adjusted depending on the available ticket time.)

A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers.If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

Q6. When does overtime apply?

A. Traffic delays do not count as overtime. Overtime applies only when guests request additional stops or destinations that are not included in the original tour itinerary. Overtime is charged at KRW 30,000 per additional hour

• The DMZ is closed every Monday and on public holidays. Please avoid booking on these days.
• The minimum group size is 2 pax, and the maximum is 8 guests. For larger groups, please contact us separately via the contact form.
•  Please bring all participatns's Passport.
• The operator will contact you 2–3 days before the tour.
• Please inform us in advance if you will have luggage or suitcases with you.
• DMZ is military area, we will transfer the public shuttle bus at the DMZ
