A. Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers.If you have luggage, please inform us in advance.If the number of suitcases exceeds passenger capacity, a vehicle upgrade and additional charges may be required.

A. Bookings are instantly confirmed.Please provide a reachable phone number or email address so we can contact you.We usually contact guests via WhatsApp, but Viber or LINE are also available(please make sure ID search and contact permissions are enabled).

This service is available for trips within a total round trip distance of up to 200 km.Additional charges may apply for distances exceeding this limit.

Trips to Alpaca World and Legoland are available with an additional charge of KRW 60,000.
